We are currently looking for an individual to fill a Kitchen Floater Position. Excellent attention to detail and to following procedures is paramount. Maintenance and cleanliness play an important part in the services we provide to our guests, and must be maintained at the highest standards. The Kitchen Floater works in multiple areas of the kitchen, covering Crew Cook, Sandwich/Prep and Dishwasher on their weeks off. Preferred Skills and Core Competencies: • Must have at least 2 years of entry level cooking experience. • Ability to work in different areas of the kitchen. • Good time management skills and ability to execute daily prep lists. • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, management and co-workers. • A friendly personality with a genuine desire to help and please others. • Energetic and patient, with the ability to work independently. • Great organizational skills and maintain a clean work station. • Flexibility and a positive attitude • Valid working holiday visa.
