Downtown company seeking empathetic pet lover, to join customer service team. We own and manage 3 successful online stores. PetWellbeing.com NaturalWellbeing.com HairEssentials.com Key attributes: Ability to empathize with customers (even angry ones) Ability to communicate and inspire trust Ability to multi-task phone calls and online chats Details: Must have excellent customer service skills (1 - 3 years call centre experience) Office admin experience is a bonus Casual, fun atmosphere, we welcome a great sense of humor Preference will be given to applicants with professional natural and holistic pet and/or human health care experience. We will train a great candidate. About the position: Small group of people (~10) on the 20th floor downtown - great views, professional office, clean & fun with a resident office dog as well! Your job is to answer calls, take chats, respond to emails, general customer service (returns/sales/logistics etc). Keys to success: Empathetic listener Love of pets and their owners Effective communicator Friendly and calm team attitude Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
