All of our products are under repeated experimental testing, and sent to professional testing institutions in North America and Europe for testing. In North America, our products, which can effectively improve the indoor air quality and alleviate patients' discomfort, are often recommended by doctors to patients with respiratory diseases. At present, we are seeking a technical director who is an innovative, collaborative and technically-driven professional to help us upgrade our core technology and products continually. Accountabilities include but are not limited to: Lay down the company product research & development planning and related work process; Establish the company product quality assurance system and conduct technical standard supervision; Arrange testing of existing air purifying products and identification of product deficiency and technical abnormities; Lead technical staff in product & technology development, innovation, and improvement; Prepare technical reference and application for patent and intellectual property; Keep up to date with the industry and product trends and collect the cutting-edge technical data; Organize trainings on new technical process and promote application of new technique in production; Provide technical consultation for sales staff and technical guidance for the production department; Responsible for building and management of product and technology research & development team. Qualifications: A college diploma or above in engineering or business administration; 5+ years of experience in a technical management position in an industry relevant to air purifying products; Strong knowledge of air purifiers preferred; Full experience in air purifier-related technique research & development Self-motivated, flexible, hard worker, and a team player; Certification on air purifying equipment or related technology innovation would be a plus.
