Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee and improve the company’s supply chain and procurement system
• Direct and implement short and long-term goals aimed at improving the purchasing and distribution activities
• Identify and regularly assess the supplier and distribution network to ensure high-quality service, cost control, and business process monitoring
• Represent Hung Fung and be the lead contact and a key decision maker in negotiations related to supply chain and procurement contracts and claims
• Work with sales and finance teams to continuously improve demand forecast, purchasing planning, and inventory management
• Develop and modify tools and systems to support supply chain improvement and the changing needs of the business
• Train and supervise procurement related staff
• Regularly report to President to review the results and progress towards established goals
• Provide appropriate coordination with other departments of the company when necessary
• Leverage best practices to drive supply chain optimization for business planning and strategy creation
