Cook is expected to perform following duties: -Preparing and cooking Japanese meals, sashimi, sushi, rolls from the menu -Ensuring food quality, presentation, and proportions -Checking and maintaining inventory -Training and supervising kitchen staff -Ensuring maintenance of food temperatures, inventories and equipment Qualifications or requirement: - 2 years or higher of Commercial Cooking experience - High School graduation or higher - Able to communicate in English Salary Rate: $14.00 ~ $20.00 per hour / 35~40 Hours per week / 4% vacation fee
