Requirements: • Completion of secondary school. • 2-3 years of related experience required. Duties: • Prepare & cook full course meals, individual dishes & food items including vegetarian & Non- vegetarian curry(s) and different kind of naans. • Instruct and train staff in preparation of dishes. • Cook chicken, paneer and fish in Tandoor (clay oven) according to the menu item and guest preferences if asked for. • Maintain the clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen. • Assist in introducing new dishes to the menu. • Monitoring and estimating the daily supplies as required.
