Job Description
• Coordinate logistics staff to enhance supply chain management and operational efficiency
• Monitor all aspects of the procurement process, including booking, manifest, bills of lading, deliveries and billing, etc.
• Coordinate key accounts, ocean carriers, vendors and overseas agents to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Oversee operational logistics and improve work procedures and work flow by analyzing and implementing changes in support of organizational goals, work efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Track shipment progress; prepare and process such documents as Insurance Certificates, Certificate of Origin, Shipper’s Export/Import Declarations, and Customs Invoices, etc.
• Coordinate activities with various departments to provide feasible and sustainable supply chain services
• Regularly reviews purchase requisition report and determines appropriate order quantities
• Operate computer systems to provide up to date information on shipment
• Fulfill other duties required by the company
