About the position If you are looking for a challenging role in a team orientated and fast paced facility this is the job for you! Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Warehouseperson is a key member of our Operations team and performs all warehouse duties as required. What you’ll do Support Account Managers and co-ordinate with Supply Planners and Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer needs are met. Answer general inquiries Load and unload bulk and packaged goods following established safe work procedures Safe handling and operation of a forklift picking orders, and offloading trucks. Inventory management and cycle counts Provide after hours on-call support to customers in rotation with co-workers. Overtime and flexibility in working hours are needed. Some outdoor work required, in various weather conditions What we would like from you High school diploma or equivalent working experience Strong organizational, mathematical, computer, and clerical skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and able to work within company policy where experience and independent judgement is demonstrated. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Previous experience in customer service or sales an asset Warehouse/fork lift operation experience an asset WHMIS and/or TDG training an asset What do we do?
