The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving high standards of services and meet the following qualification: An equivalent combination of education, training and experience in the hospitality industry Recent related experience in the food service industry Excellent communication and leadership skills Easy going and detailed oriented Have a Serve-it-Right certificate and Food Safe Leve 1 in BC Ability to speak a second language other than English is an asset Flower and Horse in Spring restaurant, located in downtown Vancouver, serve Yunnan Cuisine, specialize in “Crossing the Bridge Rice Noodles” and hot pot. Since opened up in November 2016, Flower and Horse in Spring has won a Chinese Restaurant Awards award and Social Media Choice Awards.
