Position Summary We are currently seeking a MHSU Support Worker to join our Mental Health & Substance Use team at the Boundary Health Centre and Midway Health Unit in Grand Forks, B.C. The MHSU Support Worker's purpose is to ensure that persons with severe and persistent mental health problems and/or substance use disorders have access to timely, responsive, evidence based psychosocial rehabilitation across the continuum of available services. As a MHSU Support Worker you will provide basic care management as well as establish rehabilitation objectives and plans for assigned client populations. You will perform a variety of life skills, advocacy, supportive counseling, psychosocial rehabilitation planning, and general support duties involving clients who are living in their own housing.
