PPD - MOULES Situé à Waterville, PPD Moules est le centre intégré de fabrication de moules d'injection et de compression ainsi que d'équipements conçus sur mesure. Les ateliers de PPD Moules sont dotés d'un important parc de machines de fraisage CNC de 3 à 5 axes et de tournage à la fine pointe de la technologie. Ces équipements quasi uniques en Amérique du Nord permettent à PPD Moules la fabrication de pièces de toutes tailles à géométries complexes et ce, avec grande précision, incluant les capacités d'EDM, la soudure laser, le polissage et la rectification. Dans le cadre de votre emploi, vous contribuez à Préparer les dessins d'ingénierie et la conception avancée des moules; Gérer les projets de conception afin de mener à terme les différents projets; Réaliser les dessins de conception, les dessins de détail et même certains calculs d'ingénierie; Effectuer les dessins de détail (2D), les listes des pièces, les instructions de travail, les manuels d'entretien, les manuels d'opération, etc.; Modéliser et mettre en plan des pièces ou accessoires industriels; Assurer un support technique lors de la fabrication des moules dans l'atelier; Effectuer des recommandations techniques, lorsque nécessaires auprès des chargés de projets, en vue d'optimiser les produits conçus, de même que les opérations globales de l'entreprise; Effectuer la validation des dessins de conception, des dessins de détails et des calculs d'ingénierie avec les chargés de projets; Interpréter les tolérances fonctionnelles et géométriques; Effectuer la conception de systèmes mécaniques complexes; Effectuer toute autre tâche, demandée par son supérieur immédiat, relativement à son champ de compétences et de connaissances. Académique : DEC en transformation des matières plastiques ou génie mécanique ou DEP en dessins industriels. Expérience minimale : Expérience minimale de 5 ans en dessin mécanique dans un poste similaire en milieu manufacturier. The Opportunity: The FSQA Administrative Associate role at the Heritage facility will be responsible for ensuring our documentation system is effectively meeting CFIA, BRC and Maple Leaf requirements. Our vauled public sector client is seeking a Tester to update test scripts, document test scripts and ensure testing activities of new SAP solution for Information Management System. The Materiel Identification (MI) Project modernizes the policy and Information Technology (IT) tools supporting the recording and management of information related to the materiel acquired by the Public Sector client. The Resource Management Information System is the client's financial and logistical system of record. Currently, it is not optimized for all business processes that use the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and the latest system configuration is hindering the ability for many business areas to leverage IT-enabled improvements. The current ERP system configuration that manages the recording of MI information has a backlog of user-generated problem reports and change requests. The estimated volume of work is beyond the capacity of the Department to implement immediately. The Tester will support the MI Project to deliver a revised solution in conjunction with an updated policy and training set that will meet all of the client's business requirements in this area. The project finished the design phase and wants to implement the new solution.
