Travailler en équipe avec l'ingénierie et l'informatique pour s'assurer de la disponibilité des différents systèmes. Soumettre les demandes de changements adéquats pour s'assurer que l'inventaire, les procédures, les sauvegardes et la formation de l'équipe de support sont à jour et que les bonnes personnes soient informées. Documenter les configurations, changements, problèmes et diagrammes techniques pour les systèmes de support. Créer, réviser, maintenir et mettre à jour la documentation. This position has rotating days of work and involves day and evening shifts with on-call required.
