Préparateur de pièces avant assemblage
Le Groupe Prestige, département Gala RV, est à la recherche de préparateurs de pièces avant assemblage qui pourront préparer des meubles et des pièces à installer à l'intérieur de véhicules selon des plans pré-établis. Le travail consiste principalement à réaliser l'intérieur d'un véhicule récréatif de A à Z. Les préparateurs d'assemblage s'assurent que les pièces de bois bâties par les ébénistes soient assemblées et munies de tous leurs accessoires afin que les assembleurs puissent aisément les installer dans les véhicules. Ces meubles représentent des armoires et tiroirs de cuisine agrémentés de leur accessoires, des caissons de rangement, ainsi que des meubles de tout genre. Le préparateur de pièces avant assemblage devra être à l'aise avec la quincaillerie générale, la plomberie, l'électricité, la peinture ainsi que la soudure légère. Nous possédons une vaste gamme d'outils qui permettent à nos préparateurs d'assemblage de réaliser leur travail de façon optimisée. L'horaire de travail est en semaine durant le jour de 7h à 16h15 du lundi au jeudi, et le vendredi de 7h à 12h, pour un total de 40h. L'emploi est permanent, avec 2 semaines de vacances par année. La rémunération dépend des habiletés et de l'expérience du candidat. Aucune expérience particulière n'est requise pour le poste de préparateur d'assemblage. The Opportunity Responsible for providing quality workmanship, consistent service, and technical knowledge to the customers. Job Description Job Title: Crisis Response Nurse Work Site: HOpe Center - North Vancouver, BC Status: Regular Part Time - Vacation Relief (0.4 FTE) Start Date: As soon as possible Salary: $34.83 - $45.73 per hour Hours: 0700-1900/1500-2300 Reference#: 112660-mhs JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a client and family centred care model, and in accordance with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP) standards of practice and Code of Ethics for registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses, and within the established vision and values of the organization, provides mental health and addictions care to clients within the designated Program. Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team in providing assessments, screening, triage, treatment and/or case management for individuals within the designated client population (i.e. depending upon program/department, adults or youth/young adult) experiencing urgent and emergent mental health and substance abuse problems. Works in partnership with clients, families and relevant clinical care partners to ensure service provided is integrated across the continuum of care. Provides emergency mobile crisis response as required; facilitates immediate hospital or detox facility admission if deemed necessary; as applicable, provides crisis intervention counseling, treatment planning, intensive case management and referral coordination; initiates and participates in case conferences and case management meetings; prepares and maintains client records; and provides consultative and direct services/care to clients, families, community health professionals/agencies, law enforcement, and/or schools, physicians and Emergency Room staff. Participates in team meetings, continuing education, conferences, and/or corporate initiatives and engages in on-going team planning, development, evaluation and quality improvement activities. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP). Three (3) years' recent related experience providing treatment services to individuals within the designated client population with mental health and substance use issues or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience. Valid BC Driver's License. Local area travel will require the use of a personal vehicle. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Broad knowledge of nursing theory and practice within a client/family centered model of care. Broad knowledge of BCCNP standards for nursing/psychiatric nursing practice. Broad knowledge of mental illness and treatment applicable to the designated client population. Broad knowledge of substance abuse and addictions treatment. Demonstrated knowledge of hospital and community based resources and the ability to act as a liaison between services. Broad knowledge of psychotherapeutic and counseling skills. Broad knowledge of family systems theory. Broad knowledge of community mental health services, resources, and referral procedures. Knowledge of crisis intervention theory, Early Psychosis Intervention, and Attachment Theory. Basic knowledge of legislation and government policies and procedures that relate to client. Demonstrated ability to conduct mental health status exams and risk assessments, and provide treatment planning and crisis intervention for designated client population. Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of theory and practice to a case management process. Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with multi-barrier client population. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients and their families, colleagues, physician, and other health care staff, both one-on-one and in groups. Demonstrated ability to establish workload priorities and to adjust schedule to deal with unexpected situations. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated ability to problem solve. Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with conflict situations. Demonstrated ability to operate related electronic equipment. Physical ability to perform the duties of the position. Basic computer literacy to operate a computerized client care information system and word processing, spreadsheet, Internet and e-mail software.
