Maintain effective communication between the project team, engineering, and procurement to ensure materials are delivered in accordance with the required quality requirements while adhering to the project schedule. Ensure all materials are signed into the Comprehensive Work Package in accordance with the Construction Installation Testing Plan prior to release of the material to the field. Liaise with Client authorized representatives, as required, for commitment approvals, reporting and issue resolution. Support Operations personnel with material and tooling logistics, on an as-needed basis. Review purchase requisitions and related documentation to ensure clarity and completeness with the description of materials, components or equipment, quantity, adherence to quality assurance requirements, and ensuring authorization from the project management team to proceed with the purchase. Primary Liaison to maintain effective communication between the project team, engineering, and procurement to ensure materials are purchased in accordance with the required quality requirements while adhering to the project schedule. Alors vous aimerez ces nouvelles responsabilités : La négociation avec les fournisseurs : Faire des ententes au niveau des escomptes et des rabais, des dates et journée de livraisons, les frais minimums de commande, les frais de retour, ou autre problématique administrative. Vous devrez avoir une communication régulière au niveau de la fluctuation des prix et du marché et en faire la mise à jour constante. Faire de la gestion de catégorie : Valider l'espace, valider différents planogrammes, valider les produits, les marges, la rotation des produits comparer le passé versus le futur, valider l'impact au niveau des ventes et du client, s'assurer d'avoir les P.O.P ou M.L.V. pour faire l'aménagement, communiquer les changements et les raisons du changement au directeur. Approvisionnement : Faire les différents rapports des commandes hebdomadaires de différents fournisseurs, faire des placements avec des dates de livraisons ultérieures, commander les produits en circulaires, valider différents rapports hebdomadaires pour assurer une constance au niveau ''IN STOCK'', communiquer régulièrement avec les directeurs pour être a l'affût des changements de notre clientèle. Responsable des commandes spéciales : Traiter les commandes spéciales et envoyer les numéros de commandes, s'assurer de respecter les politiques et le processus des commandes spéciales, faire un suivi des commandes arrivées jusqu'à la livraison chez les clients. Mise à jour des prix de détail : Appliquer la politique de prix de détail établi par la direction en utilisant différents outils informatiques (Excel, POS, site web, Epicor), faire une vigie constante et apporter les négociations nécessaires aux fournisseurs afin d'optimiser la rentabilité et notre compétitivité sur le marché. Gestion des codes : Faire les créations des codes de produits versus les fournisseurs, faire la gestion des codes discontinués, valider les rapports hebdomadaires, faire la fusion des codes, trouver des produits remplaçants aux produits abandonnés.
