Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for the EHS team Basic English to French translation of EHS communications materials Assist with administration of EHS Digital Systems such as SiteDocs and Cority Coordinate preparation and delivery of various EHS communications. Research, write and edit engaging, information, and inspiring Intranet content to build connection and understanding across the Aecon community Basic English to French translation of EHS communications materials Involved in generating and improving reporting. Required Knowledge and Experience Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university or college degree/diploma in health and safety, business, communications, or related field. Prior experience with PowerBi considered an asset. Digital / social media savvy is an asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience in creating and delivering communications. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required. En tant que Préposé(e) aux résidents, vous aurez la chance de : Donner aux résidents des soins d'assistance en matière de soins d'hygiène; Contribuer aux soins médicaux et actes délégués (avec formation reçue : Loi 90 art. 39,7 et 39,8); Contribuer à assurer la sécurité des résidents et des lieux; Fournir une assistance en situation de crise et en situation d'urgence; Accomplir des tâches liées à l'entretien ménager, au rangement et à la buanderie; Collaborer avec l'équipe soignante; Toutes autres tâches connexes. Expériences et formations Diplôme ou équivalence (document émis par une commission scolaire confirmant l'équivalence): Diplôme d'études professionnelles en assistance à la personne en établissement de santé (DEP), ou ; Diplôme d'études professionnelles en assistance à la personne à domicile (DEP), ou ; Diplôme d'assistance à la personne en résidence privée pour aînés (AP-RPA), ou ; Une année de formation en soins infirmiers, ou ; 5 000 heures reconnues. Formation Loi 90; Cartes de secouriste et de PDSB (ASSTSAS) reconnues et valides; Bonne connaissance du français parlé et écrit; Connaissance pratique de l'anglais parlé (pour les régions anglophones); Habileté à communiquer et à travailler en équipe; Pouvoir affronter les contraintes et les difficultés du travail; Faire preuve de patience et d'écoute; Aimer les personnes du bel âge. LE PLAISIR D'EXCELLER À : Réaliser le diagnostic et l'ensemble des travaux d'entretien et de réparation du véhicule lourd; Suivre les procédures et les normes établies par le concessionnaire; Documenter de façon claire et précise les travaux effectués; Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le département des pièces et les conseillers techniques; Effectuer des essais routiers, lorsque nécessaire; Participer aux formations données par le concessionnaire; Faire toutes autres tâches connexes demandées par son responsable. UNE CULTURE DE SERVICE GRÂCE À : Un DEP en mécanique de véhicules lourds ou toute autre formation pertinente; 7-10 ans d'expérience pertinente comme mécanicien ou toute autre combinaison de formation/expérience équivalente; Avoir de très bonnes habiletés en diagnostique et de très bonnes connaissances des systèmes hydraulique, électriques, pneumatiques; Avoir de très bonnes habiletés techniques en réparation et entretien de moteur, transmission et différentiel. Avoir une bonne connaissance des moteurs Paccar et Cummins (atout); Avoir une expérience de travail au sein d'un concessionnaire de camions lourds (atout); Démontrer une excellente efficacité et autonomie mécanique; Démontrer du leadership et être un joueur d'équipe; Être soucieux des lieux, des équipements à sa disposition ainsi que de la santé et de la sécurité au quotidien dans son travail; Détenir la certification Halocarbure et PEP ou s'engager à suivre la formation nécessaire; Permis de conduire valide; Posséder un coffre à outils (obligatoire). |
