Main functions: 
 Set up and improve the current administer accounting systems for local stroe and Ye’s Group, and prepare financial information include but not limited to weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow for Ye’s Group
 Examine and analyze accounting records that contains journal and ledger entries, daily statement, inventory, expenditures and other accounting financial records and documents to ensure financial statements and report accuracy,consisty and compliant with the GAAP standard
 Cooperate with accountants in other store to assess, develop and maintain internal controls, including cost finding , internal control procedures, risk identication and assessment
 Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations to improve accounting performance and management practices
 Examine and analyze financial statement and records to provide financial, business and tax advice base on company fundamental status such as income tax return, write-down off and so on
 Perform and optimize business operating budget based on monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position

Details: 
● Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, financial, auditing or a related field or equivalent certificate is required
● Completion of related accountant or adutior designation is required

Working experience
Minimum experience required: 
5 years
Qualifications required: 
● 5+ years professional experience in accounting, auditing and internal control role is required
● Exposure in hospitality, food safety or logistics supply chain industry.
● Exposure in company which is subsidiary- parent for organization strutre.
● Strong financial and accounting knowledge, understanding of audit standards and practices, knowledge of information system audit practices and techniques will be an asset
● Experience in developing policies and guidelines, processes and procedures within a mutil-national insituion is required
● Knowledge and technical ability in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks and SAP Audit Management
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, confidence and the ability to work with all levels of staff and management within a large international company
● Willing to travel regionally
