Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the financial policies, systems and procedures of an establishment.
• Advise and work with company management to meet financial goals.
• Perform accounting closeout procedures on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Oversee integration of projects into the overall corporate model and internal reporting processes, including with respect to long-term capital planning
• Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization's financial performance.
• Maintain financial and accounting controls and oversee adherence to company policies.
• Focus on maximizing efficiency and standardization of processes across the various projects and workshop.
• Oversee payroll processing and perform account and cost reconciliation
• Manage liquidity and cash flow by accurately tracking income and expense
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing and Operations)
• Review and analyze financial results for providing financial support for Operating Managers (i.e. Project Manager and Construction Manager, etc.).
• Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting required;
• Certification: CPA preferred
• Work Experience: 5 years
• Ability to Supervise: 3 to 4 people
• Knowledge of accounting and finance, MS Office
