Job Duties:
Coordinate, assign and review the work of juniors in the following duties: Entering data accurately, assessing student applications against entry requirement, booking interview meeting, invoicing, payment follow-up, commission claim from schools, disbursement to cooperating agents, to name a few.
Establish work schedule and procedures for junior staff in support of consultants’ work.
Resolve work related issues timely and cost effectively, including but not limited to clients’ complaint on services serviced.
Work in collaboration with marketing team to develop and order promotion materials in support of shows and special functions.
Train new hires on company policy, job duties and procedures.
Requisite supplies and materials to maintain the par level.
Ensure smooth operation of all machines and equipment, notably the computer system.
On an ongoing basis, work with external IT consultants to improve the functionality of our enterprise software.
Compile reports for management review, such as enrolment data from our education agents.
May perform duties of those being supervised by you.
