a) Plan and establish monthly and annually promotion events to existing clients
b) Update marketing content using various medium and communication tools, on company websites, social media platform, apps, brochures, newsletters, etc.
c) Monitor closely of the digital ecosystem of the company on all public social media platform, adapt quickly to assist other departments to deal with public relationship
d) Coordinate and prepare specific activities to greet new vendors , maintain a long-term relationship with clients
e) Assist vendors with website updates and maintenance, perform smooth communication both internal and external to ensure compliance with the budget and timeline
f) Gather information of latest property market trends, policies changes of buying and renting, and report to department manager
g) Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key groups served by the company
h) Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for faculty and staff
