Primary Job Duties:
• Conduct opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key clients
• Assess characteristics of services to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs
• Plan and implement marketing strategies, tactic programs and projects to target customers
• Analyze research and data to ensure marketing plans are informed by market trends and industry insights
• Provide recommendations to optimize project deliverables to meet marketing strategy and budget
• Develop, implement, and evaluate quarterly and annual marketing plans
• Develop communications strategies and programs through creation of marketing campaign briefs
• Prepare reports, briefs, speeches, presentations, web sites and press releases
Minimum qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business, public relations, communications, journalism, museology or a related field or equivalent certificate is preferred
• 2+ years professional experience in marketing-advertising role is required
• Experience in developing marketing strategies, customer relationship, and sales strategy consulting
• Strong understanding of digital and print advertising platforms such as Adobe suite （Adobe PS, Adobe Illustrator)
• Ability to work with numbers and budgets
• Strong understanding of marketing elements such as SEO/SEM and market research methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, confidence and the ability to work with all levels of staff and management within a large international company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills cultivated from marketing and customer-facing experiences
