Job Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative and scheduling support to Director and other staff members
• Manage the work area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
• Prepare correspondences to and track the sales activities of all associate brokers, including memos, letters, & reports
• Ensure consistent compliance with corporate governance and regulatory procedures
• Take the administrative duties, which can include faxing, photocopying, scanning
• Maintain filing systems (hard and soft copy) to ensure records are current, orderly, complete, and accurate
• Maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed
• Arrange meetings or events by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
• Manage human resources of the business, including recruitment, staff training and personnel records management
• Assist with accountant with expenses, invoices, checks etc.
• Assist with customer service representative with customers' complaints or concerns
• Work collaboratively with customer service and technical teams to contribute to service delivery and achieving desired outcomes
• Undertake special projects and activities as required
