Primary Job Duties:
Conduct market research about demands, habits, and product trends, up-sell opportunities in the custom-to-order consumer electronic and furniture product industry
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns to drive cross-channel sales
Collaborate with product line directors, project managers and sales staff to coordinate marketing and business development plans, build brand awareness and marketing efforts
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
Budget and execute initiatives to reach the target audience of different ethnic communities through appropriate channels
Track, analyze and report on marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc., to help shape future marketing strategies and budget decisions.
Oversee social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations
Implement department policies to standardize marketing vendor selections and, and proposal assessment and management
Hire, train and manage full-time marketing associates
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of professional marketing experience in a management role
Proven knowledge in designing and implementing brand marketing plans and campaigns
Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
Experience in marketing automation, CRM, or vendor management
Knowledge in financial analysis, budgeting, and procurement would be an asset
