• Develop policies and administrative procedures according to the business strategy to meet long-term mission and goals for the law firm
• Work closely with board of leaders, lawyers and other team members to strengthen existing business relationships with clients
• Design and conduct surveys on local market to assess development potential and analyze competition
• Customize development proposals and provide advising on expanding law service to a wide arrange of areas and clients
• Establish business development projects on time and within budget
• Identify mutual beneficial incentives to develop effective partnerships with business partners
• Contribute initial meetings for board of leaders and venture capitals to seek growing revenue for the firm
• Prepare reports, research papers and business strategy plan
