• Examine, collect and document software/hardware issues experienced by cashiers and online platform users;
• Consult guide, manuals or communicate with third party product/service providers to diagnose the problems;
• Communicate solutions with staffs or customers who are experiencing the issues, and guide them through the steps to fix the issues;
• Report and communicate with financial department of costs of resolutions if there is any;
• Regular maintenance of the cashier system, security system and web content;
• Maintain a problems and solutions log for easy and quick reference;
• Work with web developer on improving current online shopping platform and the security feature;
