• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales;
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold;
• Ensure that all leasing inquiry and order information /required details are received in an organized and efficient manner;
• Monitor and enhance agent workflows, sourcing and vetting new solutions when necessary;
• Ensure that any and all client confirmations are correctly noted, and appropriate/required parties are alerted of any and all requirements;
• Ensuring that all customer relations are maintained in the highest regard;
• Facilitate short- and long-term process implementation and enhancement cross-departmentally as needed.
