As a result, hidden Valley Resort is looking for a corporate sales manager to steward the operation of the services and products sales department. This position requires cross-disciplinary professional experience, and the ideal candidate will possess broad knowledge, including business administration, corporate sales management, hospitality products and services, real estate development, amenity management. Joining the company, you will leverage your industry expertise and work closely with other teams to lead and drive the company sales volume and business growth and deploy excitingly new strategic projects.

Detailed description: 
- Design and track performance metrics that drive revenue and sales count; Review monthly and quarterly reports to identify gaps and optimize team’s efficiency
- Implement different product strategies for incoming leads to achieve targeted conversion rates
- Work with the marketing team to increase brand awareness in Canada and worldwide
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm new product and service offerings
- Lead organization level sales plan meetings and provide the team with feedback and professional development guidance
- Assist in the development of business support tools for the sales team and perform salesforce analysis to ensure sales team production targets are met
- Develop initiatives and projects to strategically boost sales team productivity and reinforce these practices through coaching and mentoring
- Maintain solid relationships with existing corporate clients while developing new sales leads in B2B channels of both domestic and international markets

Minimum experience required:

Qualifications required: 
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospitality product and service sales or account management role, previous experience in commercial property development and operation, or business to business sales preferred
- Ability to lead by example and simultaneously coordinate multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
- A forward thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards and a professional demeanor
- A strategic planner with analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve disputes and observe confidentiality
- Hands-on approach with the maturity and experience to navigate all levels of the team
- Capable of engaging a diverse set of stakeholders and gaining their trust
