V4X 0A6 Work Location: Various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, and Fraser Valley as per company’s contract Terms of employment: Full time, permanent (Overtime and weekends if required) Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Duties: • Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt • Assist roofers in construction activities • Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities • Clean up spills and other material • Operate drills, hammers and vibrators as directed • Erect and dismantle ramps and barricades required at construction sites • Remove rubble and clean the site after each shift • Maintain equipment • Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed. • Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas Essential Skills: Working as a team, Problem solving, Decision making and Continuous learning.
