• Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures including information flow for internal departments, functional partners and external third parties
• Prepare weekly and monthly meeting agendas and make arrangements for executing managing director, board of directors and other attendees
• Take and transcribe meeting minutes, extract summaries and distribute to attendees
• Conduct research and gather data to prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives and board of leaders
• On behalf of executives to liaise with investors, other organizations and associations to smooth investment projects
• Review and submit monthly expense approvals for multiple team members
• Maintain document-management system and backup of clients’ database
• Book travelling arrangements to support business activities and events for executives and who require business trips
• Provide support for special events as needed
