This is a key leadership role within the organization, which will require a leader to support the organization in fulfilling its ambitious goals while maintaining the necessary financial structure and controls. As part of WinnerMax’s plans for accelerated growth, this role will lead the creation and enhancement of processes to consolidate and report on financials and performance from a variety of business units. This role will provide critical leadership to a talented finance team, providing opportunities for collective and individual growth.
• Overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, taxes, and general financial administration operations
• Formulating and executing operational financial strategies and proving strategic input to drive the ongoing success of the organization to optimize return on investment for the company
• Monitoring financial performance, measuring, and analyzing metrics, and planning against long-term and annual operating budgets and collaborate with leaders to enhance financial and internal reporting processes and ensure best practices and financial policies and procedures
• Identifying gaps, leading change and implementing internal controls while managing financial risks and insurance requirements. and managing business risks and insurance requirements.
• Implement responsibility for all required financial reports and related regulatory submissions across the organization’s legal entities and business units, including production of Financial Statements, Management Discussion & Analysis, Annual Report & Information Form, and the Management Information Circular.
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff;
• Delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
• Participate in recruitment, training and managing

Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: College diploma majoring in Finance or Accounting required;
• 5 years work experience in senior managerial role is required
• Work experience in finance operation and control is required
