• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook Japanese style dishes such as Tempura, U-don, Donburi, Yakitori so on
• Prepare specialized homemade sauces for Kalbi (Korean style short rib) and teriyaki
• Trim beef rib for Kalbi and marinate with specialized homemade sauce
• Prepare specialized homemade Tsuyu (broth) for U-don
• Cooperate with Sushi chef for ‘lunch special combo’ and ‘dinner course’ and ‘Combination dinner’
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Maintain proper sanitation for kitchen area and utensils
