Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare pastries and cakes in accordance to recipes and customer orders;
• Design products meeting customer requirements;
• Bake mixed dough and batters;
• Frost and decorate baked goods;
• Ensure quality production of baked goods;
• Ensure orders meeting deadlines and customer satisfactory;
• Establish production schedule to determine bakery goods to produce;
• Orders of baking supplies, manage inventory;
• Oversee sale volume of different products and decide sale and promotion products;
• Assisting hire, train, and supervise baking personnel;
• Lead operational activity of bakery department.
