Imago Foods is a food processing plant. We process and produce foods to the best of our ability for customers’ satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Head Baker. The role of head baker to lead our bakery production team to provide high quality of bakery goods to our customers.

SEEKING: Head Baker
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-time (30-40hr/week)
Rate: $18-$20/hour
Location: 44 Milner Ave, Scarborough, ON M1S 3P8

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare pastries and cakes in accordance to recipes and customer orders;
• Design products meeting customer requirements;
• Bake mixed dough and batters;
• Frost and decorate baked goods;
• Ensure quality production of baked goods;
• Ensure orders meeting deadlines and customer satisfactory;
• Establish production schedule to determine bakery goods to produce;
• Orders of baking supplies, manage inventory;
• Oversee sale volume of different products and decide sale and promotion products;
• Assisting hire, train, and supervise baking personnel;
• Lead operational activity of bakery department.

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school and holding baker trade certification
• Minimum 3 years of head baker experience
