-Plan and lead the execution of production projects that align with business objectives and drive the business forward
-Define and execute project scope, goals, timeline and deliverables in collaboration with Senior Management, Production department employees and other stakeholders
-Estimates production times, requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions and business development supports
-Establish the production schedules and maintain an inventory of supply and finished machines and custom parts
-Create a KPI dashboard to track manufacturing activities, ensuring that workers are meeting their performance goals and standard
-Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work
-Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
-Supervise and oversee training of employees in the use of equipment or production techniques
-Participate in regularly scheduled customer meetings regarding orders status Stay current with industry developments and trends to build business credibility and values

Working experience
Minimum experience required: 
10 years
Qualifications required: 
-Ten+ years industry experience in the machinery production and manufacturing business, and five years experience in management roles
-Preference will be given to candidates with previous CNC Machining, Welding, Fixture design-related experience
-Experience in production process optimization or production system modification preferred
-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with impeccable business judgement
-Knowledge of ISO 9001 would be considered as an assets
-Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project)
-Demonstrate ability to perform both independently and with good judgment in a team environment
