Inclusive of, but not limited to:
• Responsible for the delivery, installation and programming of woodworking machinery, and machine fine-tuning;
• Responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance and support of the electrical and mechanical programming of the machinery;
• Responsible for the refurbishing of woodworking machinery spare parts;
• Assists with preventive maintenance and upgrades of production lines;
• Improve, develop, and standardize the process automation problems;
• Develop and work in design stage of processes both for start-up and current production projects;
• Plan assigned work in an efficient method to minimize machine downtime while ensuring employee safety is maintained;
• Routine maintenance of production equipment to ensure the most efficient flow of production with the least possible downtime;
• Trains and instructs the customer and end user on the proper use of the equipment;
• Perform regular housekeeping duties;
• Lead our field technicians and support them in-house, and in the field to provide them with the knowledge they need to do their jobs, and the confidence that their issues will be heard and resolved;
• Conduct teleservice on behalf of IMA Schelling Group, and provide price quotations;
• Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work;
• Direct quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures;
• Control and evaluate the operations of a manufacturing establishment or the operations or production department of a manufacturing establishment;
• Regular travel to job sites as required to support production requirements and mitigate downtime;
• This individual is to represent IMA Schelling Group with the utmost integrity. Any work performed beyond the scope of the IMA Schelling Group will be considered grounds for termination.
