Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and establish monthly and annually farm workshops and other promotion events according to business strategy to drive revenue and gross margin growth
• Develop and support implementation of the campaign plan in collaboration with commercial teams to reach new customer acquisition, keep customer retention and build brand awareness
• Update marketing content using various medium and communication tools, on company websites, social media platform, apps, brochures, newsletters, etc.
• Conduct market, customer and competitive analysis to identify the interests and concerns from restaurants and grocery stores demanding mushroom products
• Gather, research and prepare communication materials for internal stuff and external partners
• Monitor closely of the digital ecosystem of the company on all public social media platform, adapt quickly to assist other departments to deal with public relationship
• Represent and act as an agent to promote mushroom products for walk-in customers, business partners and third parties
