Job Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate, assign and supervise the work of general farm workers and greenhouse laborers
• Monitor mushroom growing-related operations and programs seasonally
• Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies for the farm and greenhouse
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures
• Ensure farm safety, food safety and security and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain mushroom grain spawn quality control and mushroom production records
• Perform other general farm duties to meet day-to day operations
