Specific Skills:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules

Workers Supervised:
Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Food and beverage servers, Cook (general), Kitchen and food service helpers

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.):Responsible Beverage Service Certificate such as:

1) Food Handler Certification obtained through Food Handler Training course, or other Ontario health unit programs or external programs deemed equivalent by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

2) Responsible Service Training Program certified by Ontario Smart Serve.

Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience:
1) At least one-year work experience as a Food Service Supervisor in Canada Restaurant;
2) Must have knowledge of Szechuan cuisine, seafood dishes and dim sum.
3) Must have work experience of using QuickBooks software.
