• Responsible for day to day performance of the sales team, including recruit, organize, train, and manage staffs
• Organize regional and divisional sales operations
• Coordinate sales effort with sales team members and other departments
• Review, analyze and make recommendations for improvements in sales
• Build and maintain relationship with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
• Establish and implement policies of sales department
• Evaluate the activities of sales department in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
• Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs
• Prepare sales budgets and annual sales reports
