• Work with the Sr. Management and marketing department to understand and communicate product branding messages to the customers, plan and control sales related budget and expenditures

Specific Skills
• Identify market opportunity for new product line growth, actively market and promote company’s packaging solutions and future product lines to brand owners, corporate purchasers and key customers.
• Actively participate in industry trade shows such as PMA and CPMA, forums and other events
• Determine strategic planning related to new product lines development, sales and marketing plan， communicate and present to Sr. Management,
• Continuously improve company sales process. policies and procedures
• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
• Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
• Organize regional and divisional sales operations, set sales goals and develop action plans
• Recruit, organize, train and manage staff when needed
Other Requirement
• At least 3 years’ experience in the occupation of Corporate sales managers
• Must have knowledge and experience in packaging materials, technology, and trends
• Must have experience in planning and leading expansion strategy for new products and/or services
• Experience in packaging product manufacturing environment is a plus
