Century Marble Inc. is a rapidly growing company in the domain of marble counter-tops. Our team is currently looking for a self-driven, motivated, courteous, punctual, and focused individual for the full-time position Sales and Marketing Manager.
This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Richmond Hill office. It will require frequent travel throughout the province of Ontario.

Job Summary:
Directly lead the Sales and Marketing team in order to ensure that Century Marble Inc. sustains consistent revenue growth and remains an industry leader.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s Business Development Strategy to ensure consistent revenue growth through further leveraging existing markets, capturing new markets, and/or developing new services and products.
• Leverage innovative ways to capture market intelligence from various research sources and customer communication channels.
• Provide market analysis and strategic direction backed with data to promote company growth and profit.
• Structure, recruit, train, and coach the Sales and Marketing department in order to maximize collaboration, accountability, and efficiency.
• Define, implement, and track key Sales and Marketing metrics and consistently meet or exceed them.
• Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
• Analyze overall customer experience in order to identify gaps and collaborate with necessary functions (Customer Service, Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, etc.) to improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to solicit new opportunities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of Sales and Marketing Management experience in related industry required
• Proven ability to build and lead effective cross-functional teams
• Ability to independently coordinate and direct Sales and Marketing department functions
• Strong MS Office Skills
• Ability to travel throughout the province of Ontario
• Ability to analyze, explain, and solve problems with minimal or no direction
• Excellent communication skills - presentation, verbal and listening in Chinese

Salary:
$35-$42 per hr. and depends on qualification and negotiable.
