Position Description

The Complex Care and Recovery Program is recruiting for a full-time, permanent Psychologist for the Sexual Behaviours Clinic (SBC) at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). As part of the SBC, you will participate in the treatment planning process and provide group and individual psychotherapy using evidence-based practice and following the principles of risk-need-responsivity. Additionally, you will consult with various referring agencies as well as provide consultation to internal and external professionals around sexual behaviours/interests. Other responsibilities include the development of program evaluation activities and participation in quality improvement initiatives. You will train and supervise graduate students in sexological and risk assessment and treatment. You will support a workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable standards and regulatory requirements. This position is located at 1001 Queen Street West.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required as is the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, inter-professional team environment.
