• According to the requirements of purchase, evaluate and create a list of qualified suppliers, update the list of suppliers annually
• Responsible for negotiating with suppliers upon prices, discounts and submit relevant information (include: date, quality standard, condition of price etc.) to the manager
• Control the cost of wholesale purchase, select the merchandise which best fits the establishment’s requirements, including quality, quantity and types of goods
• Maintain the purchase contracts according to organizational regulation to meet the deadline, and submit the finished contracts to relevant departments
• Collect advanced market information, study market reports, trade periodicals and sales promotion materials, adjusting to the change of market quickly
• Oversee distribution of merchandise to outlets, maintain adequate and stable stock levels
