• Develop branding strategies and tactics to advertise our products and company to attract clients;
• Design successful marketing campaigns and tailor the implementations;
• Research and experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, to improve brand exposure;
• Redesign valuable and engaging content for our company official website that attracts and converts our target clienteles;
• Build and maintain strategic relationship with home developers, renovators, other vendors, agencies and other commercial partners;
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely;
• Track, measure and report on different marketing strategies and channels and adjust accordingly;
• Recruit and train new marketing staffs.
