For over a century our client has ventured in real estate, owning, developing and managing commercial and industrial properties. Our client is currently looking for an Administrative
Coordinator whom shall report to the President, providing administrative support to a team of real estate professionals.
The ideal candidate is fully bilingual (verbal and written), has advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this
position, the candidate must be results oriented and have the demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize workflow. Candidates must pay close attention to detail and possess excellent organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Compose, proofread, organize, and maintain correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and proposals
• Conduct mail merges and update databases
• Research, and prepare information and documents for reports and presentations
• Coordinate the due diligence requirements for New York acquisitions
• Coordinate the signing of agreements and the wiring of funds
• Provide basic administrative assistance, including: document preparation, copying, filing, and record-keeping
• Manage time effectively to meet and exceed deadlines to ensure availability for additional projects
• Assist in answering phones on a multiline phone and transfer to the appropriate destination, or take and relay messages
• Providing general administrative and organizational support to the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Results Oriented is a MUST
• Experience is minimal - recent graduates are welcome
• Some Real Estate knowledge is a must.
