ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (NOTARY OFFICE)
Our client, a notary located in the West Island, right by autoroute 20 is looking for a Junior and Senior full time, dynamic and organized assistant to join her team.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 to 5 and Friday 9 to 4pm OR Friday 9 to 1pm.
* Junior : Minimum one (1) year experience
* Senior : Minimum three (3) years experience

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Coordinate existing and client files and closing of client files;
• Filing, photocopying;
• Research on taxes, lots and others;
• Organize and maintain general filing systems and filing all correspondence
• Follow-up on files and correspondence
• Write documents and correspondence (from template)
• Follow-up on deadlines
• Send emails
• Schedule meetings
• Other general office administrative duties
REQUIREMENTS:
• Very good knowledge of French and English ( mostly spoken – written would be an asset)
• Excellent Work Management and follow up skills
• Very good knowledge of Word and Outlook
• Sense of priorities
• Dynamic and flexible
• Team player
• Meticulous
• Problem solver
