Role
The role of the Electrical Technician is to provide technical support and services in the design, development, testing, production and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Know and comply at all times with quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations and company policies
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, procedures and documents to determine the location of electrical equipment
- Participate in the design, development and testing of electrical and electronic components, equipment and systems
- Assist in the inspection, testing, adjustment and evaluation of electrical, electro-mechanical and electronic components and assemblies to ensure compliance with standards and tolerances
- Install, operate and maintain electrical and electronic equipment and systems
- Develop and integrate PLC systems
- Use the computer tools at their disposal.
Educational background and personal experience
College diploma: Industrial electronics technology field And/or Years of experience in a similar position
