Working with a minimal amount of supervision, you will increase sales through highly focused selling to new customer opportunities (through direct sales efforts, contract negotiations, product and process detailing) in a highly competitive market./ppbr /bspanKeys to Success:/span/b/ppbspanEducation:/span/b/pullispanRegistered Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) with appropriate major required/span/liliMSc or PhD is an asset/li/ulpbr /bspanEXPERIENCE/span/b/pulli2 years of successful hands-on clinical lab or clinical sales experience/liliLaboratory technician experience strongly preferred (experience with workflows pertaining to Anatomical Pathology, Histology, Immunohistochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology)/li/ulpbr /bspanKnowledge, Skills, Abilities/span/b/pulliApproximately 30 to 50% travel will be required for this role./liliExcellent interpersonal and influencing skills/liliMust have a valid drivers license and vehicle/liliMust be able to travel to the US/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliAn ability to identify business opportunities in relation to growth strategies/liliStrong analytical, organizational and project management skills/liliSelf-motivated, goal oriented and able to work from a home office/li/ulp/ppOur Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
