Detailed description:
Provide helpdesk support to all staff in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist with planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all hardware, software, network and communication equipment.
Deploy and upgrade POS (points of sale), desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Plan and execute the opening/closing of stores as required by the business.
Provide support to all offices and remote locations (including retail stores).
Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment, document procedures.
Follow policies relative to the IT Department.
Other related duties as assigned by management.

Minimum experience required:

Qualifications required:
Intermediate or advanced expertise in both Windows and MAC environments.
Experience with the following is an asset: Windows Server, Office 365, VMware, Cisco Meraki, Visual ERP and MultiDev Chaindrive.
Experience in a retail environment (setting up and supporting stores) is a strong asset.
Team oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A driving licence and a valid passport are required for international travelling.
Due to the position’s requirements, after hours work and travelling are occasionally required.
Bilingual (English and French).
