Principales fonctions: 
- Carry out finishing carpentry work and repairs as required
- Coordinate work schedule with subtrades
- Supervise construction to ensure compliance to high quality standards
- Ensure the project schedule and budget are respected.
- Notify of any changes that may affect the schedule and/or budget, recommend and enforce corrective measures
- Ensure the work site is safe and clean at all times
- Complete and manage documentation on-site (plans, timesheets, delivery slips, project reports, etc.)

- Knows how to read plans and specifications
- Possesses the small tools required by the carpentry trade
