Customer Service Representative

Main functions: 

Groupe Robert (Mississauga Terminal) is currently looking for a two Customer service Representatives.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

? Process orders received by fax or e-mail
? Data processing
? Answer customers and drivers answers
? Provide exceptional customer service
? Complete follow up of pick-ups and deliveries
? Coordinate operations at the local level and through the various Robert terminals to optimize the customers, shipments follow up
? Efficiently be up to the clients needs
? Produce and fill in different types of documents
? Other administrative tasks

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

? Minimum 3 years experience in customer service in the transportation field (mandatory)
? Bilingual, French and English
? Mastering customer approach
? Able to work under pressure
? Trip sheet knowledge
? Good computer skills
? Team spirit, resourcefulness and work autonomy
? Concerned about client satisfaction
? Promptness and attendance
? Capable of working in an evolving demanding milieu
