Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Secret cleared Enterprise Architect to help define and develop an architectural evolution and implementation plan for a Digital Service Delivery Platform modernization initiative.

- Experience designing and developing a Meta-model and an EA repository
- 3+ Years of experience applying the TOGAF framework
- Industry-recognized certification in the field of Architecture (i.e.: TOGAF, Business Architecture Guild)
- Experience with GRSM Training (Program Service Alignment Models) and SIAM (Service integration and Accountability Model) or BTEP
- Valid Secret Clearance
- Develop an implementation plan for the target business design
- Produce an architectural evolution plan
- Recommend prioritization of architecture evolution initiatives
- Develop and implement an architecture evolution plan
- Provide expert advice in defining new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions
- Identify and provide preliminary costs of potential options
- Develop business models and process models at the request of the Technical Authority
- Provide expert advice in developing and integrating process and information models between processes to eliminate information and process redundancies
- Analyze and develop of business success "critical success factors"
- Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities
- Create presentation and present to various stakeholders;
